Government-Grade Capital Creation Services

Turn National Development Priorities into Bankable Investments

AGSTEEN installs and operates a Capital Creation Office for Emerging Economies. It gives you the capability to produce the capital and bankable deals you cannot produce on your own today.

Our Primary Focus

Emerging Economies. Transformational Capital.

We focus on economies where development ambitions exceed conventional financing capacity. Our role is to help public institutions convert eligible assets, revenues, contracts and investment opportunities into bankable transactions — without relying exclusively on sovereign borrowing or traditional development finance.

European Financial Capability for Emerging Economies

Global Development. European Capital Markets.

Countries across Africa, Asia and Latin America have used European financial institutions and international capital markets to support national development — from energy and public transport to infrastructure and development-linked financing.

Selected financing precedents: Morocco (EIB) · India (EIB) · Vietnam (EIB) · Colombia (Bogotá). These examples include loans and other financing instruments; they are not presented as debt-free transactions or AGSTEEN projects.

AGSTEEN proposes to take this approach further by establishing a Capital Creation Office within eligible government and public-sector institutions, helping them develop bankable transactions, access suitable European financing channels and build a repeatable capability to mobilise capital for national priorities.
