AGSTEEN is the commercial brand of Agstein Development GmbH, based in Germany.

AGSTEEN creates and distributes bankable transactions between organisations, helping originating and executing companies generate commercial proceeds, equity and fees.

Our approach draws on experience in transaction structuring, commodity markets, hedging and cross-border commercial activity.

WHAT WE DO

We add new capital to your organisation in two ways:

We create new bankable transactions from your own and other companies’ assets, revenues or development projects.
We bring you existing bankable transactions from our other clients.

Your organisation can execute these transactions, retain their profits, acquire equity stakes, and earn service, legal and technical fees.

AGSTEEN offers access to €1 million to €250 million in debt-free capital for eligible acquisitions, expansions, client mandates and other bankable transactions, subject to transaction eligibility, approval and market availability.
